Patients’ access to their healthcare is rapidly changing, with the expansion of retail providers, telehealth services, and boutique primary care services. As expectations for access and convenience increase, it’s even more critical for traditional healthcare providers to launch dedicated strategies to attract patients to their own “entry points.” My team at 88 Brand Partners worked with NorthShore University HealthSystem to develop a campaignable strategy focused on bringing new patients into their system of care.
