Citizens Equity First Credit Union

Organizations across every industry are exploring how to win over younger audiences, whose attitudes and media habits significantly differ from previous generations. However, simply switching your advertising spend from traditional to digital channels and hoping for the best is not a sound strategy. My team knew a distinctive approach was necessary when CEFCU, one of the nation’s largest credit unions, asked us to develop campaigns to help bring new Gen Z members into their organization.

The Extraordinary Dividend.

Each year, CEFCU returns a dividend to its members. Their annual campaign is usually an opportunity to veer into extra-playful territory. Alongside my teammates, I helped to storyboard this spot and shot the photography for it. After that, it was time to build the spot in After Effects. All in-house.

Kendrick Green x CEFCU

Thanks to their relationship with Peoria-native and NFL player Kendrick Green, we showcased a real-life CEFCU member.

While still early in his career, Kendrick takes the initiative to manage his money confidently. What resulted was a great performance from an amazing athlete—and it was all shot on the hottest day of the year.
